The 6 × 2 m End-Linked Flat-Pack Kiosk combines two 3 m flat-pack kiosk modules using a purpose-designed end-to-end linking kit. This creates an extended modular kiosk with approximately 12 m² of nominal floor space, making it ideal for operations that require a long service frontage, multiple workstations or clearly separated functional zones.
Its modular flat-pack construction supports efficient transportation and assembly while providing greater operating capacity than a single kiosk.
The standard bundle comprises:
2 × 3 m flat-pack kiosk modules
1 × end-to-end linking kit
Connection components required for the specified arrangement
Counters, shelving, electrical systems, insulation and other optional equipment are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation.
The two kiosk modules are positioned end to end and securely connected using the compatible linking system. The resulting layout has a nominal footprint of approximately 6 × 2 m and provides approximately 11.88 m² of calculated internal floor area before allowances for linking components or internal divisions.
The elongated layout is particularly suitable for businesses that need several operating positions arranged along one side of the structure.
Final assembled dimensions and internal connections must be confirmed in the approved production drawing.
The 6 × 2 m end-linked kiosk can be configured for:
Retail and sales operations
Food and beverage service
Ticketing and information services
Event and exhibition facilities
Visitor reception and registration
Equipment rental and collection
Security and access control
Construction-site service centres
Transport terminals and car parks
Temporary commercial facilities
Seasonal markets and outdoor venues
Multi-window customer-service operations
Each 3 m kiosk module can incorporate a service hatch measuring approximately 1.98 m wide × 1.03 m high.
The end-linked configuration can therefore provide up to two substantial service openings arranged along the extended side of the kiosk. These hatches can operate as:
Two independent customer-service points
Separate ordering and collection windows
Sales and information counters
Payment and product-delivery stations
Separate service areas for different departments
When raised, the hatch panels can provide partial overhead protection above the service points, subject to installation conditions. When closed, they help protect the interior, stock and equipment outside operating hours.
Each module can include a door opening measuring approximately 1.75 × 2.05 m. Depending on the approved configuration, the completed kiosk can provide separate entrances for staff, stock and equipment.
The extended layout allows the interior to be organised into different working areas, including:
Customer-service counters
Sales and display zones
Preparation areas
Storage and stock sections
Payment and collection points
Staff workstations
Electrical and communications areas
Door positions, service-hatch orientation and internal access between modules must be confirmed before production.
Both kiosk modules are manufactured using galvanised-steel components selected for structural strength, durability and resistance to everyday environmental exposure.
Profiled steel wall and roof panels increase rigidity while providing a robust, low-maintenance finish. Galvanised-steel internal surfaces are suitable for demanding commercial and operational environments.
Each kiosk module is supplied with a 15 mm OSB board floor suitable for counters, shelving, stock and general operating equipment.
Each module floor can support up to 1,500 kg when the load is distributed evenly. The two-module configuration therefore provides a combined distributed capacity of up to 3,000 kg, provided the load is correctly distributed across the two independent floor structures.
Heavy equipment, concentrated loads or appliances with small contact points should be reviewed before installation.
The kiosk is transported as two dismantled 3 m modules together with the compatible end-linking kit.
Each module weighs approximately 460 kg in flat-packed form, giving an estimated total module weight of 920 kg, excluding the linking kit and optional accessories. The heaviest dismantled component of each module weighs approximately 122 kg.
The flat-pack system provides several logistical benefits:
Reduced shipping and storage volume
Efficient international transportation
Simplified destination handling
Faster deployment than conventional construction
Easier relocation and reconfiguration
Efficient delivery of multiple units in one shipment
Expandable layouts for developing projects
Suitable lifting equipment, trained installers and a properly prepared level base are required for unloading and assembly.
