The 3 × 4 m Side-Linked Flat-Pack Kiosk combines two 3 m flat-pack kiosk modules using a purpose-designed side-by-side linking kit. The resulting configuration provides approximately 12 m² of nominal floor space, creating a larger and more adaptable commercial environment than a single kiosk.
This modular system is suitable for retail, food and beverage service, ticketing, reception, customer service and site-based commercial operations. It provides two service areas and can be configured to support multiple operators, separate functions or a larger connected workspace.
The standard bundle comprises:
2 × 3 m flat-pack kiosk modules
1 × side-by-side linking kit
Required connection components for the specified configuration
Counters, shelving, electrical systems, insulation and other optional equipment are not included unless stated in the quotation.
The two kiosks are installed alongside one another and connected using the matching linking system. Depending on the required layout, the configuration can provide either coordinated operating areas or a more open, connected internal arrangement.
The combined system offers approximately 11.88 m² of calculated internal floor area before allowing for linking components or any internal divisions. Final usable space and opening arrangements depend on the approved production drawing.
This larger footprint is suitable for:
Retail and sales outlets
Food and beverage kiosks
Ticketing and information centres
Event and exhibition facilities
Visitor reception points
Equipment rental and collection centres
Security and access-control facilities
Construction-site service centres
Transport terminals and car parks
Temporary or seasonal commercial operations
Each 3 m kiosk module can incorporate a service hatch measuring approximately 1.98 m wide × 1.03 m high.
When the modules are installed side by side, the two hatches create an extensive customer-facing service frontage. The openings can be used as separate operating points or as coordinated serving areas for a single business.
The raised hatch panels also provide partial overhead protection above the service openings, subject to installation conditions. When closed, they help secure the interior, equipment and stock outside operating hours.
Each module is equipped with a generous door opening measuring approximately 1.75 × 2.05 m. Depending on the selected configuration, the two entrances can support separate staff access, stock movement, equipment installation and operational zoning.
The internal layout can be planned for:
Service and payment counters
Product display and shelving
Food preparation equipment
Storage and stock areas
Customer collection points
Staff working zones
Electrical and communications equipment
The final position of openings, counters and internal connections should be confirmed before manufacturing.
Both kiosk modules are manufactured using galvanised-steel components selected for structural strength, durability and resistance to everyday environmental exposure.
The profiled metal panels increase rigidity while creating a practical, low-maintenance finish. Galvanised-steel internal surfaces provide additional durability for intensive commercial and operational use.
Each module is supplied with a 15 mm OSB board floor suitable for counters, shelving, stock and general operating equipment.
Each floor is designed to support up to 1,500 kg when the load is distributed evenly within that module. The two-module configuration therefore provides a combined distributed capacity of up to 3,000 kg, provided that loads remain appropriately distributed across both independent floor structures.
Heavy appliances, concentrated loads or equipment with small contact points should be reviewed before installation.
The side-linked kiosk is transported as two dismantled kiosk modules together with the compatible linking kit.
Each module weighs approximately 460 kg in flat-packed form, giving an estimated combined module weight of 920 kg, excluding the linking kit and optional accessories. The heaviest dismantled component of each module weighs approximately 122 kg.
Flat-pack delivery offers several benefits:
Reduced shipping and storage volume
More efficient international transportation
Simplified handling at the destination
Faster deployment than conventional construction
Easier relocation or reconfiguration
Efficient delivery of multiple kiosks in one shipment
Expandable modular layouts for future requirements
Suitable lifting equipment, trained installers and a level supporting base must be provided during unloading and assembly.

A key advantage of the side-linked kiosk is its modular flexibility. The system can be planned as an initial two-unit installation and expanded with additional compatible modules where the site, structural design and access conditions allow.
Individual modules can also be dismantled and relocated if operational requirements change, making this configuration suitable for temporary, seasonal and developing commercial sites.
