End-on-End Linking Kit for Flat-Pack Containers

The End-on-End Linking Kit connects two compatible flat-pack containers through their shorter ends, creating one extended storage space.

This configuration is ideal when additional storage length is required without increasing the overall width of the installation. It is particularly suitable for long tools, timber, pipes, construction materials, commercial inventory and other items requiring an extended internal layout.

The adjoining end panels are removed or factory-prepared, and the exposed frames are joined using the matching structural, sealing and finishing components.

Key Features

  • Connects two containers through their end frames
  • Creates a longer continuous internal space
  • Maintains a narrow overall building width
  • Suitable for standard and custom container lengths
  • Galvanized or protected steel connecting components
  • Interior and exterior joint finishing
  • Weather-resistant sealing components
  • Mechanical bolted installation
  • Designed for disassembly and future reconfiguration
  • Supplied with compatible fasteners and connection components
  • Can be factory-prepared before shipment

Suitable Applications

  • Long equipment storage
  • Pipes, profiles and timber
  • Construction materials
  • Maintenance equipment
  • Workshop supplies
  • Commercial and industrial inventory
  • Narrow sites requiring extended storage length

Compatible Configurations

The kit can be configured to connect compatible units such as:

  • Two 2 × 2 m containers
  • Two 3 × 2 m containers
  • Two 4 × 2 m containers
  • Two 5 × 2 m containers
  • Two 6 × 2 m containers
  • Other compatible combinations prepared for the project

Examples include:

  • Two 3 × 2 m units creating a 6 × 2 m end-linked container
  • Two 4 × 2 m units creating an 8 × 2 m end-linked container

The final external and internal dimensions depend on the exact module specifications and joint design.

Side-by-Side Linking Kit for Flat-Pack Containers

The Side-by-Side Linking Kit connects two compatible flat-pack containers along their longer sides to create a wider, open-plan storage area.

By removing or factory-preparing the adjoining side walls, two individual modules can be transformed into a larger internal space with improved accessibility and fewer internal obstructions.

This configuration is suitable for bulky goods, machinery, business inventory, workshop equipment and applications requiring a wider working or storage area.

Key Features

  • Connects two containers along their side frames
  • Creates a wider open-plan internal space
  • Suitable for bulky or difficult-to-handle goods
  • Includes compatible joining and finishing components
  • Steel connection channels and cover profiles
  • Floor-joint finishing components
  • Roof and wall sealing provisions
  • Weather-resistant joint treatment
  • Bolted installation
  • Allows future disassembly or reconfiguration
  • Can be supplied in a finish matching the containers
  • Factory preparation available

Typical Kit Components

Depending on the selected container model, the kit may include:

  • Structural linking channels
  • Internal joint cover profiles
  • External weather cover profiles
  • Roof-joint or drainage components
  • Floor transition or joint cover
  • End-frame finishing sections
  • Sealing materials
  • Bolts and installation fasteners

The final kit contents are determined according to the container size, frame design and required connection.

Suitable Applications

  • Self-storage facilities
  • Machinery and equipment storage
  • Commercial inventory
  • Furniture storage
  • Maintenance workshops
  • Building-material storage
  • Agricultural equipment
  • Open-plan site storage

Compatible Configurations

Examples include:

  • Two 2 × 2 m units creating a 2 × 4 m side-linked container
  • Two 3 × 2 m units creating a 3 × 4 m side-linked container
  • Two 4 × 2 m units creating a 4 × 4 m side-linked container
  • Two 5 × 2 m units creating a 5 × 4 m side-linked container
  • Two 6 × 2 m units creating a 6 × 4 m side-linked container

Larger layouts can be developed by connecting additional compatible modules, subject to structural review and site requirements.

Adjustable Levelling Feet for Flat-Pack Containers – Set of 4

The Adjustable Levelling Feet Set provides a practical way to compensate for minor surface variations during container installation.

Each foot is positioned beneath a designated support point and adjusted to help achieve a stable, level container base. The wide lower pad distributes the load over a larger contact area, while the adjustable central section allows controlled height correction.

The set is particularly useful for temporary installations and locations where the prepared base has small variations in level.

Key Features

  • Supplied as a set of four
  • Adjustable-height design
  • Wide base for improved load distribution
  • Durable, weather-resistant construction
  • Quick installation beneath designated support points
  • Helps correct minor ground-level variations
  • Reduces the need for improvised packing materials
  • Suitable for temporary and relocatable installations
  • Reusable when the container is moved
  • Compatible with selected flat-pack container base frames

Suitable Surfaces

Levelling feet may be used on suitable:

  • Concrete slabs
  • Paving
  • Compacted hardstanding
  • Prepared structural bases
  • Other firm and load-bearing surfaces

Important Installation Information

Adjustable levelling feet are intended to compensate for minor variations in level. They are not a substitute for:

  • Proper site preparation
  • Structural foundations
  • Ground-bearing assessment
  • Drainage provisions
  • Required anchoring systems
  • Engineering approval where applicable

The adjustment range, load capacity and number of required support points must be selected according to the container size, total operating load and site conditions.

Linked or heavily loaded container configurations may require additional feet or an engineered foundation arrangement.
